Aerobic Dance
This is a fitness class designed for adults to strengthen the heart muscles through cardiovascular exercise. In addition, muscular strength, stretching and endurance will be addressed through body weight exercise as well as use of aerobic steps. Participants will learn the importance of exercise being a daily activity. You will also learn the importance/difference of aerobic training and anaerobic training.

Open Gym

This course is an open gym session for participants to practice and maintain fitness including cardio, strength and stretching. The class is open-entry/exit and participants may join at any time.

Participants will work with the instructor to develop individual fitness goals. Based on level and complexity of the goals, the instructor will work with students to research and develop an appropriate fitness routine. Participants will record their routines and outcomes weekly and keep a fitness log to track outcomes.
